Welcome to Briana Lyn Studios. I’m honored to support you or your child in this season of musical and artistic growth. Whether you’re a seasoned performer or new to music, you’ve taken a meaningful step by investing in high-level training. My commitment is to guide you with intention, honesty, and expertise — while helping you uncover your fullest artistic potential. This document outlines how our sessions are structured and what you can expect throughout our time together. Please review it carefully and reach out with any questions.
Calendar & Studio Breaks:
Studio holidays and breaks are thoughtfully scheduled throughout the year and will be outlined in the annual studio calendar. These planned breaks have already been factored into the monthly tuition rate to maintain consistency and simplicity for enrolled clients.
Photo & Video Release:
From time to time, Briana Lyn Studios may professionally document lessons or performances for educational and promotional use — including social media and marketing. Any content used is shared with care and the utmost respect for each client’s privacy.
If you prefer not to have images or recordings featured, simply notify us in writing at info@brianalynstudios.com.
Policy & Rate Changes:
Studio policies and tuition rates are subject to change. Families will be notified in advance of any adjustments. Modest annual increases may occur to account for rising costs and continued program development.
Referrals:
We love referrals! Families who refer a new student will receive a $50 tuition credit once that student completes their first month of lessons. (Referrals must be outside your immediate household.)
Respect & Safety:
The instructor reserves the right to end a lesson without refund if a student or family member displays disrespectful or disruptive behavior. Please ensure that the lesson environment is clean, safe, and distraction-free. A parent or guardian must be present in the home during in-person lessons for students under age 10. If no adult will be home, please notify the studio in advance.
At Briana Lyn Studios, we provide a premium, results-driven music experience rooted in excellence, artistry, and transformation. Whether working with children, teens, adults or professional performers, each client receives a personalized path that honors their unique talent and artistic goals. Our sessions are structured with precision, creativity, and care — creating a space where technique and self-expression grow in tandem.

Flat Rate Tuition
At Briana Lyn Studios, your tuition secures a premium, reserved time in the studio schedule — a dedicated appointment that reflects our mutual commitment to artistic growth. Monthly tuition is structured as a flat rate and remains consistent, regardless of how many sessions fall within a given month. This model supports continuity and simplicity while factoring in planned studio breaks and occasional absences.
Tuition includes:
Reserved weekly coaching sessions
Instructor preparation and lesson planning
Access to exclusive studio resources and materials
Please note: Tuition is non-refundable and not based on attendance. There are no credits or guaranteed makeups for missed lessons.
Attendance & Rescheduling
Each client is assigned a consistent weekly session, reserved exclusively. In-home coaching is considered a concierge-level service and, as such, is not eligible for rescheduling. This ensures your appointment remains protected and uninterrupted. If 24-hour notice is provided, Briana may offer additional time at her discretion — strictly based on availability. This is considered a professional courtesy and not a guarantee.
Online sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, pending availability.
For in-home sessions, please ensure the space is quiet, focused, and properly equipped with a keyboard (if applicable) and minimal distractions.
Payment Terms
Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month and are due immediately upon receipt. All clients are enrolled in automatic monthly billing via credit card, debit, or ACH transfer.
A $30 late fee will be applied to any unpaid balance after a 5-day grace period.
Coaching may be paused if payment is not received within 7 days.
Repeated payment delays may result in dismissal from the studio.
Program Withdrawal
Should you need to pause or discontinue lessons, a 30-day written notice is required. For 90-day programs, tuition must be paid in full, even in the event of early withdrawal.
This policy framework ensures stability, professionalism, and the premium experience each artist deserves.
Young artists thrive with support at home. Families are asked to:
• Ensure 5+ days of focused practice per week
• Track progress and assignments
• Encourage respectful and focused participation
• Create time to listen and engage with their child’s musical development
Students who demonstrate a pattern of disinterest or disrespect may be withdrawn from the studio at the instructor’s discretion.
Your first lesson is focused on establishing a strong musical foundation and setting the tone for your work ahead. Returning students should bring any previously used materials and be prepared to revisit or perform a piece they’ve studied. New students are encouraged to bring any music, ideas, or creative inspirations they’d like to explore. The first session will include vocal or piano exercises to assess skill level and begin building a personalized path forward.
Lesson Discontinuation:
A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to discontinue lessons. Notice must be provided by the 5th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month. No tuition refunds will be issued for early withdrawal. Once lessons are paused or ended, time slots are released and may not be held.
Returning students are welcome to re-enroll if space is available, and they will be charged at the current tuition rate.
Communication:
You may contact Briana directly at any time via phone or email with questions or updates regarding your student’s progress or scheduling. Please provide as much advance notice as possible for any absences or changes.
