As a graduate of USC’s Thornton School of Music, Marco brings a broad foundation of musical knowledge and real-world industry experience to every lesson. As a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and songwriter, he works across a wide range of musical styles and enjoys helping students discover the music that inspires them most.

Marco’s teaching philosophy goes beyond simply learning songs or techniques. He helps students understand the “DNA” of great music—how songs are crafted, why they connect with listeners, and what makes them memorable. Whether a student wants to build a lifelong passion for music or simply gain the skills needed to play and create with confidence, lessons are tailored to each individual’s goals.

Performing throughout Los Angeles with artists and bands including Walter The Producer, Emi Grace, and Joseon has given Marco extensive experience bringing music to life on stage. He believes the strongest performances come from balancing technical skill with genuine musical expression, and he helps students develop both.

As a producer, Marco has collaborated with artists such as YOYO and Meghan Chen, gaining valuable experience in songwriting, arrangement, recording, and artist development. He enjoys helping students bring their creative ideas to life while developing the technical skills needed to support their artistic vision.

Whether students are interested in beat-making, experimental electronic music, track production, or recording, Marco provides practical guidance for building an efficient creative workflow. He specializes in Ableton Live and Pro Tools and can also help students achieve professional results in virtually any digital audio workstation, adapting instruction to fit each student’s preferred software and creative process.
